The Lincoln Electric Prism® Mobile with Mechanized Cleaning is a robust, low-vacuum fume extraction system designed to meet the rigorous demands of industrial welding environments. This One-Pak® configuration (K4384-4) is a complete turnkey solution, integrating the mobile base unit with a high-efficiency MERV 14 filter and a 13-foot flexible extraction arm equipped with an Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit. Engineered for versatility and performance, the Prism Mobile delivers a generous airflow of 735 CFM, ensuring effective capture of welding fumes at the source.

Advanced Mechanized Cleaning Technology

A standout feature of this system is the RotaPulse® Automatic Filter Cleaning mechanism. Unlike static filter systems that clog rapidly, the RotaPulse system uses pulses of compressed air to clean the filter element from the inside out. This automated process maintains optimal airflow for longer periods and significantly extends the lifespan of the filter cartridge. By reducing the frequency of filter replacements, the Prism Mobile lowers total cost of ownership and minimizes downtime associated with maintenance.

Intelligent Operation and Filtration

The included Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit adds a layer of intelligence to the system. The sensor detects the welding arc light and automatically activates the vacuum motor, ensuring extraction is present exactly when needed. Once the arc is extinguished, the unit powers down after a set delay, conserving energy and reducing background noise. The system utilizes a MERV 14 rated filter (KP1653-5), which provides high-efficiency filtration suitable for most general welding applications. An internal spark arrestor acts as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulates and protecting the main filter from hot sparks, thereby enhancing safety.

Mobility and Application

Designed for the dynamic workshop, the Prism Mobile is mounted on a sturdy chassis with front casters and large rear wheels, allowing operators to easily maneuver the unit to different welding stations.
