The Tweco® 16RS/16S Series Heavy Duty Brass Gas Diffuser is an exceptional choice for slip-on nozzle assemblies with the 450 A Tweco® Spray Master® MIG gun series and eliminator front-end consumables. With remarkable electrical properties, this gas diffuser is perfect for medium to heavy duty standard welding applications up to 450 A.
Featuring a 1.955" size and 9/16"-18 UNC-2A thread, this gas diffuser includes six gas holes measuring 0.094" each. For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the external surface, along with the overall length.
Made from 360-brass alloy bar stock, this gas diffuser ensures consistent dimensional stability. The threaded size conductor tube is suitable for MIG guns. Additionally, it incorporates a metal flat spring on the OD of the gas diffuser, allowing nozzle assemblies to easily slide over and firmly hold the nozzle in place during welding.
To securely seal against the nozzle assembly, a silicon O-ring is included with the gas diffuser. Sold in packs of 5, it also comes with a conduit set screw that accommodates the conduit liner.
This gas diffuser is specifically designed for use with slip-on style nozzle assemblies.
