This innovation creates a large negative pressure zone that effectively funnels welding fumes into the extraction arm from distances of up to five feet. By extending the capture area to three times that of standard units, it significantly reduces the frequency of arm interactions, allowing operators to maintain focus on production while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Designed for heavy-duty applications, this unit operates on 460V, 3-phase power and is equipped with a powerful 5 HP motor delivering 900 CFM of nominal airflow. The system features a high-efficiency FilTek™ XL filter with a MERV 15 rating, capable of filtering up to 95% of weld fume particulates, including sub-micron sizes found in hazardous hexavalent chromium and manganese fumes. The surface-loading filter design is superior to treated cellulose, offering longer service life and more consistent suction.
