I’ve had an excellent experience with Josef Gas and can confidently say they are a top tier welding gas supplier. From the moment I reached out, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed.
I’ve been dealing with this company since its inception and with the owner when he was with Air Liquide. This is a top notch organization, right down from the owners to the counter staff and even the guys in the yard. Pricing is always been fair and SERVICES second to none.
Great experience overall. The account setup was smooth, and the deposit process was straightforward. There was a small issue, but Teresa handled it quickly and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Went above and Beyond in terms of service. Quick phone answer, exceptional reception, and very helpful staff. Will be coming here again. Thanks Josef Gas
Excellent service. I needed some "accomodation" and they found a way to help me out, although first they told me "no way", but after me asking nice, there was one. Thank you!! The pink balloons won.
I came in for a simple argon bottle swap—not a lesson in surprise fees. If you intend to charge an “environmental fee,” disclose it upfront in your quote. Adding it at checkout is unacceptable. Be transparent or adjust your pricing—don’t hide it.
