Great supplier! I've switched both the last factory and this new one over and have saved a lot of money on gas, but most importantly, the customer service is excellent. I came in for a simple argon bottle swap—not a lesson in surprise fees. If you intend to charge an “environmental fee,” disclose it upfront in your quote. Adding it at checkout is unacceptable. Be transparent or adjust your pricing—don’t hide it.
