Advanced Arc Control and Drive System

At the core of the IronMan 240 is a heavy-duty transformer and an industrial-grade wire drive system. The unit features infinite voltage and wire feed speed controls, allowing operators to fine-tune parameters for optimal bead profile and penetration. A key technical advantage is the Run-In Technology, which momentarily slows the wire feed speed prior to arc initiation.
