Our welder is designed to be simple to use and easy to customize. Its operator interface allows you to select the mode and polarity effortlessly, enabling you to begin welding quickly. When working with aluminum, the AC Auto Balance® automatically adjusts to provide the optimal mix of cleaning and penetration.
This welder adapts to any situation with its adjustable settings for cleaning, penetration, and pulse. When welding thicker materials that require increased penetration or breaking through heavy oxide layers, you have the option to bypass the AC Auto Balance and manually adjust for full control. Additionally, you can enable the TIG pulser feature to minimize material distortion caused by excessive heat input and ensure consistent bead appearance by moderating filler metal deposition.
Not only does the Precision TIG 225 welder excel in TIG welding, but it also offers exceptional stick welding capabilities. It can handle up to 5/32 in. (4.0 mm) electrodes, including Fleetweld® 5P+ (E6010).

I came in for a simple argon bottle swap—not a lesson in surprise fees. If you intend to charge an “environmental fee,” disclose it upfront in your quote. Adding it at checkout is unacceptable. Be transparent or adjust your pricing—don’t hide it.
