With a net weight of 800 lbs (363 kg) and a compact footprint, the rack is engineered for transportability, featuring lifting eyes and forklift pockets for easy positioning.

Advanced CrossLinc Technology

One of the standout features of the Flextec 500X is the integration of CrossLinc® Technology. This innovation allows for full control of welding parameters at the arc using a CrossLinc-compatible wire feeder, eliminating the need for additional control cables. This not only reduces cable clutter and setup time but also enhances safety by minimizing trip hazards. The communication occurs directly over the welding power cable, ensuring reliable adjustments even hundreds of feet away from the power source.

Robust Power and Versatility

Each of the four inverters delivers up to 500 Amps of welding power, capable of handling Stick, DC TIG, MIG, Flux-Cored, and Carbon Arc Gouging processes. The units are rated for 500A at 60% duty cycle and 450A at 100% duty cycle, ensuring continuous operation for demanding jobs. The rack system requires only one primary input cable to power all four machines, significantly simplifying electrical hookups on site. Rated IP23 for outdoor use and Desert Duty® for high temperatures, this rack is built to perform in the harshest conditions.
