The ESAB® Rebel™ EMP 235ic Welding Machine is a versatile tool with advanced welding technology. It is a true multiprocess system, designed for MIG, Flux-cored, STICK, and TIG welding. With a built-in wire feeder that is compatible with 48 and 12 inch spools, this machine offers flexibility and convenience. Despite its powerful capabilities, it weighs only 53lbs. The rated output is 235A @40% Duty Cycle for MIG, 210A @40% Duty Cycle for STICK, and 240A @40% Duty Cycle for TIG. The machine features sMIG Technology, which is an innovative "smart-MIG" system. It also has a color LCD display and dual input voltage options of 110V and 230V. Additionally, it offers weld parameter storage, trigger lock, and the ability to perform short arc and spray transfer. It is compatible with 4", 8", and 12" spools. In STICK mode, it has hot start and Arc Force capabilities, while in MIG mode, it has voltage trim, inductance, burn back, and pre-flow/post-flow adjustment capabilities. Finally, in TIG mode, it offers lift arc functionality.
