The Aristo 500ix is a compact and durable pulse power source designed for heavy industrial use. Its solid mechanical construction ensures reliability in demanding applications. With the addition of either the Robust Feed U6 or Pulse, this power source becomes the ideal solution for pulse-related tasks. The Aristo 500ix features thick metal side panels that are double bent for extra strength, as well as large feet that provide clearance for tough environments. These panels also offer easy access for servicing and maintenance. Convenient ergonomic handles, clearly marked for safe crane lifting, facilitate easy logistics. The unit includes a sturdy cart with dedicated crane lifting points, a torch holder, and large cable holders. Its advanced pulse functionality effectively reduces heat input and minimizes spatter. It is equipped with up to 250 pre-programmed synergic lines (U82 Plus), the QSet™ intelligent welding system, crater filling and adjustable burn back time options, as well as SCT (short circuit termination) for defect-free weld terminations. With an IP23 rating, the Aristo 500ix is built to withstand rough environments both indoors and outdoors. It is compatible with the Robust Feed U6 and Pulse feeder units, known for their exceptional feeding performance. Additionally, the unit allows for MMA and gouging when used with the feeder.

I came in for a simple argon bottle swap—not a lesson in surprise fees. If you intend to charge an “environmental fee,” disclose it upfront in your quote. Adding it at checkout is unacceptable. Be transparent or adjust your pricing—don’t hide it.
