With outstanding arc characteristics in both constant voltage and constant current processes, this welder offers great welding flexibility in a single power source. Ideal for submerged arc welding and FCAW processes, the DC-1500 ensures exceptional welding performance with its single range full output control potentiometer. When used with Lincoln NA-3 and NA-5 automatic wire feeders, as well as the LT-7 tractor, the precise output of the DC-1500 enhances productivity and quality control. With solid state circuitry for long-lasting repetitive welding applications, this welder also features a full range output voltage control for easy operation and precise output control. The mode switch allows for selecting the desired output characteristics for the specific welding process. Additionally, the line voltage compensation ensures consistent welds even with line voltage changes of up to ±10%. To prevent overheating and current overload, the welder is fan cooled and equipped with electronic and thermostatic protection. The function lights on the printed circuit boards enable speedy diagnostics, while the windings and rectifiers are protected from moisture and corrosive environments. The welder also includes an eight amp fuse protected 115V wire feeder auxiliary power with a capacity of 1000 volt-amps. I’m shocked, I was looking for a particular set of electrodes I couldn’t find anywhere in the GTA for decent prices, but I found these guys and they made the entire process extremely simple and smooth, I got what I was looking for at half my original price, and left away satisfied.
We went to Josef Gas to get cylinders for our welding machine and the consultant helped us pick the right regulator and hoses. The service was great, the staff was really friendly and they have a lot of welding equipment. If you do welding this place has everything you need.

Hands down the biggest mistake my company made was going with Joseph Gas. NEVER go with this company unless you enjoy wasting time and money. Zack at Joseph gas cost my company over 500 dollars. We highly regret not going with Air Liquide, we know better for next time! don't trust these guys there not here to help you
