The Thermal Dynamics ® Cutmaster® 82 with SL60® 75 Degree hand torch Plasma Cutter is a powerful cutting tool designed for heavy fabrication, manufacturing, and contractor use. This cutter has an impressive maximum cutting thickness of 1 1/2" and operates at an input of 600V, three phase, 50/60 Hz with an output range of 20-80A.
Included with the cutter is a power supply, 20' lead, SL60 torch with a 75-degree head, a 10' input power cable without plug, work cable and clamp, spare parts kit, and an operating manual.
With dimensions of 15" x 12" x 24" and weighing lightweight, this cutter is easily transportable. The Yes guard bar ensures durability and secure power supply during transportation.
The front panel of the cutter features intuitive controls, and the color-coded LEDs indicate pressure status and setup errors. The 60A drag tip and trigger latch reduce hand fatigue during long cuts.
The cutter offers a duty cycle of 40% at 80A, 60% at 65A, and 100% at 55A, making it suitable for prolonged use. It requires an air pressure of 70 psi with a 6.7 cfm flow.
Moreover, this cutter provides the flexibility of operation within a voltage range of 208-480V. It also features a storage compartment for spare parts and consumables.
The 1 Torch with ATC disconnect allows for the addition of lead extensions or conversion into a machine torch. The autopilot restart quickly initiates the pilot arc and enables cutting of expanded metals. The cutter offers both a hand torch switch and hand pendant control options for enhanced convenience.

I came in for a simple argon bottle swap—not a lesson in surprise fees. If you intend to charge an “environmental fee,” disclose it upfront in your quote. Adding it at checkout is unacceptable. Be transparent or adjust your pricing—don’t hide it.
