The Thermal Dynamics ® Cutmaster® 82 with SL60® 75 Degree hand torch Plasma Cutter is a powerful tool for heavy fabrication, manufacturing, and contractors. With a maximum cutting thickness of 1 1/2", it can easily handle tough jobs. The cutter operates at 460 V, three-phase, 50/60 Hz and has an output range of 20 - 80 A.
Included with the cutter is a power supply, 20' lead, SL60 torch with a 75-degree head, 10' input power cable without a plug, work cable and clamp, spare parts kit, and an operating manual. Measuring 15" X 12" X 24", this cutter is compact and easy to transport. It also features a Yes guard bar for added durability.
The front panel of the cutter is user-friendly, displaying all the necessary controls. Color-coded LEDs indicate pressure status and setup errors, ensuring ease of use. The lightweight design, along with the 60 A drag tip and trigger latch, helps to reduce hand fatigue during long cuts.
One of the standout features of this cutter is its multiple voltage design, allowing it to operate from 208 - 480 V. The storage compartment provides convenient space to store spare parts and consumables. The 1 Torch with ATC disconnect feature allows for lead extensions or conversion into a machine torch.
The cutter also boasts an autopilot restart function, enabling quick initiation of the pilot arc and easy cutting of expanded metals. The cutter offers the option of hand torch switch or hand pendant control, providing flexibility in operation.
