The Miller 141581 Wire Straightener is a critical accessory for industrial welding operations utilizing heavy-gauge wires. Designed specifically for Miller 60 and 70 Series wire feeders (as well as select 20 Series models), this device mechanically straightens welding wire as it enters the feeder. By removing the natural cast and helix from the wire spool, it ensures a linear path through the drive rolls and into the gun liner.

Wire straighteners are particularly beneficial when working with stiff wires or large diameters ranging from 1/16 inch to 1/8 inch (1.6 mm to 3.2 mm).
