The Prism DownDraft® table offers a 575 Volt Version with Mechanized Cleaning, presenting a great solution for cost-saving filter maintenance. Designed to effectively remove welding fumes, this compact table can be conveniently placed in various locations throughout a welding shop. With its integrated workbench and extraction unit, it efficiently eliminates particulate, dust, and fumes from metal grinding and light duty plasma arc cutting applications, creating a safe and productive workspace.
Featuring a Three Stage Spark Arrestor System, this table effectively captures hot particulate before it reaches the filter chamber. With a strong backdraft (80%) and downdraft (20%) extraction capacity, it is ideal for welding, grinding, and light duty plasma cutting applications up to 50 amps. Maintenance is made easy with convenient front access to controls, doors, filters, and collection drawers.
The 400-MS/A model of this table includes an automatic filter cleaning mechanism that uses compressed air to remove particulate from the filter surfaces, thereby extending the filter replacement interval. This ultimately promotes a cleaner work environment and reduces maintenance costs.
In addition, this table boasts a large filter surface area, resulting in longer filter life and reduced maintenance requirements. It also operates with low noise levels, measuring 78 dB(a) without options, 74 dB(a) with a silencer, and 71 dB(a) with a silencer and HEPA kit.

I came in for a simple argon bottle swap—not a lesson in surprise fees. If you intend to charge an “environmental fee,” disclose it upfront in your quote. Adding it at checkout is unacceptable. Be transparent or adjust your pricing—don’t hide it.
