Agotex is a soft, flexible cloth woven from a highly texturized form of fibreglass and is coated one side with a proprietary treatment that provides outstanding abrasion resistance, higher temperature capability and better molten metal splash resistance.
Agotex withstands continuous temperatures up to 1100o F and higher short duration temperatures and withstands cold to -100o F.
Agotex has high dielectric strength and resists most acids, alkalies and solvents.
A very strong fabric with good insulating properties, Agotex is an excellent alternative to conventional asbestos for welding, drop, fire and oven curtains, stress relieving blankets, thermal insulation, welding and safety blankets and industrial insulations.
Colour is safety red.
