Great supplier! I've switched both the last factory and this new one over and have saved a lot of money on gas, but most importantly, the customer service is excellent. Any of you who have worked with the OTHER big welding suppliers know exactly what I'm talking about. Special shout out to Bob Creed, sales rep. His knowledge and patience have been deeply appreciated as we worked to set up our kanBan stores and inventory. I wish my other vendors were this service oriented!!!

I came in for a simple argon bottle swap—not a lesson in surprise fees. If you intend to charge an “environmental fee,” disclose it upfront in your quote. Adding it at checkout is unacceptable. Be transparent or adjust your pricing—don’t hide it.
