OVERVIEW

This pendant is designed for tactile seam tracking and two-axis joystick control, featuring a simple user interface. Arc Products™ offers these systems for submerged arc, GMAW, and FCAW arc welding processes. They are recommended for repetitive welding applications, as they enhance quality and consistency while reducing operational costs. Whether you need a standard system or a customized solution, we have options to meet the demands of tough production environments.

Key features of these systems include easy setup, easy operation for operators with a welding background, and simple system selection. Preconfigured systems are available, allowing you to choose between two controllers and matching pendants based on the desired level of automation. You can also select a cross slide assembly according to the required load capacity and determine the necessary travel stroke length for each axis. Additionally, an application-specific seam sensor tip can be selected.

For advanced controls, the Advanced Programming Control (APC) offers additional capabilities. With the APC, you can program the entire sequence of the weld cycle using position-based or time-based commands and store up to 19 weld programs.

This pendant offers widespread integration capability, allowing you to build a system around almost any welding power source, feeder, and controller group.
