Setting up and operating our systems is incredibly easy, with operators quickly learning to program and operate them. We offer pre-configured systems for simple system selection. You can choose the desired level of automation, select the appropriate controllers and matching pendants, determine the necessary travel stroke length of each axis, and select the application-specific seam sensor tip.
For advanced controls, our systems offer additional capabilities with the Advanced Programming Control (APC). You can program the entire sequence of the weld cycle as a position-based or time-based configuration and store up to 19 weld sequence programs.
Our systems have widespread integration capability, allowing you to build a system around almost any welding power source, feeder, and controlled group.
