The Error Signal Feedback prompts the robot to end the weld cycle by returning the POWER REAM® II to its home position. Additionally, the Spatter Guard prevents debris from entering the system, while the Spray Containment Unit, equipped with a quick fitting, collects over-spray to minimize slag and spatter residue on the reamer and jigs. The drain-line connection allows for easy disposal of unused anti-spatter fluid.
