The Power Feed® 84 is a semiautomatic industrial wire feeder designed for various applications. With its modular platform, it offers simplicity and customization in its controls. Auto settings make process setup easier, while eight user memories allow for complete WPS recall per feed head. The feeder is built to withstand rugged conditions, with improved isolation and environmental protection. It features robust connection points for reliable operation. The feeder's modularity allows for customizable configurations. Its advanced interface includes digital meters for displaying actual and preset welds, as well as full weld sequence control. Select models even come with a USB port for unlimited memory expansion or future upgrades. The feed plate can be located on either side of the wire drive housing, making integration into any work center easy. With an electrode input stud mounted on the wire drive frame, the feed plate is protected from misuse caused by pulling on the gun cable. The Power Feed® 84 also offers new gun adapters for improved electrical reliability, less voltage loss, and simplified connection. For enhanced functionality, an optional digital gas flow kit is available, displaying the actual gas flow rate during welding. Additionally, the feeder is push-pull capable, providing efficient drive systems.
