Equipped with an advanced interface, the Power Feed® 84 includes digital meters to display actual and preset weld information. It also offers full control over the weld sequence, including parameters such as run-in, start, weld, burnback, and crater.
Select models of the Power Feed® 84 come with a USB port for unlimited memory expansion or for future upgrades. The feed plate can be located on either the right or left side of the wire drive housing, allowing for easy integration into any work center.
To ensure reliable and efficient operation, the wire feeder features a mounted electrode input stud on the wire drive frame. This protects the feed plate from misuse caused by pulling on the gun cable.
Additionally, the Power Feed® 84 is equipped with new gun adapters that deliver improved electrical reliability, minimize voltage loss, and simplify connection.
For enhanced functionality, an optional digital gas flow kit is available, which displays the actual gas flow rate during welding.
