The torch's conduction and convection cooling near the end keep expendables cool, extending their lifespan, increasing arc-on time, and reducing replacement costs. With robust inner and outer sheaths, the gun tubes minimize damage during crashes and ensure TCP repeatability. The unique design also minimizes spatter adhesion by cooling both the inner and outer sheath, preventing spatter from sticking to the gun tubes.
