K3593-28 - Magnum PRO Water-Cooled Robotic Torch, Motoman MA1440

The Magnum® PRO Robotic Water-Cooled Robotic Torch is specifically designed for use with Motoman MA1440 Arms (K3561-1 feeder). Unlike traditional air-cooled torches, this innovative water-cooled torch can handle higher amperages while still maintaining the longevity of the torch and its expendables.

With its ability to withstand high duty cycle applications, the Magnum® PRO Water-Cooled Robotic Torch can operate at 100% duty cycle at 525A with 90/10 mixed gas. The torch features a conduction and convection cooling system near the end of the torch, ensuring the expendables stay cool. This not only extends the life of the expendables but also increases the amount of time the torch can be used, ultimately reducing the costs associated with replacement parts.

Furthermore, the gun tubes of the Magnum® PRO Robotic Water-Cooled Robotic Torch are designed with a durable inner and outer sheath, minimizing damage in the event of a crash and improving TCP repeatability. The unique design of the gun tubes also effectively cools both the inner and outer sheath, preventing spatter from adhering to the tubes during operation.

Installing the torch is made easy thanks to the floating fittings in the gun tubes, which prevent water leakage. Additionally, visible hash marks on the torch facilitate a simple and straightforward setup process.
