The Magnum PRO Robotic Water-Cooled Robotic Torch is specifically designed for Motoman MA1440 Arms (K2685-1 feeder). Its groundbreaking cooling design enables higher amperage operation while maintaining the lifespan of the torch and its expendables. This torch can withstand high duty cycle applications, operating at 100% duty cycle at 525A with 90/10 mixed gas. The conduction and convection cooling system at the torch's end effectively keeps the expendables cool, resulting in extended expendable life, increased arc-on time, and reduced replacement part expenses. The gun tubes are built with a durable inner and outer sheath to minimize damage during crashes and enhance TCP repeatability. Moreover, the innovative design of the gun tubes ensures minimal spatter adhesion by effectively cooling both the inner and outer sheath. The torch is easy to install, thanks to its floating fittings that prevent water leakage. Visible hash marks further simplify installation and setup.
