The Magnum PRO Robotic Water-Cooled Robotic Torch is specifically designed for Fanuc 120iC/10L Arms. By employing an innovative cooling system, this torch can operate at higher amperages while still maintaining the longevity of the torch and expendables. Unlike traditional air-cooled torches, our Water-Cooled Robotic Torch can achieve a 100% duty cycle at 525A with 90/10 mixed gas, making it ideal for high-duty cycle applications. Our unique conduction and convection cooling mechanism ensures that expendables stay cool near the end of the torch, enhancing their lifespan, increasing arc-on time, and reducing replacement costs. Additionally, the gun tubes are built with a sturdy inner and outer sheath, providing damage resistance during crashes and improving TCP repeatability. The design of our gun tubes also prevents spatter adhesion by effectively cooling both the inner and outer sheath. Installing the torch is hassle-free, thanks to floating fittings that prevent water leakage, while visible hash marks make setup a breeze.
