The Magnum PRO Robotic Water-Cooled Robotic Torch for Fanuc 100iC Arms utilizes an innovative cooling design to enable higher amperages while maintaining the lifespan of the torch and expendables. Unlike traditional air-cooled torches, this water-cooled robotic torch can withstand high duty cycle applications, running at 100% duty cycle at 525A with 90/10 mixed gas. The conduction and convection cooling near the torch's end keeps the expendables cool, prolonging their lifespan, increasing arc-on time, and reducing replacement parts costs. The gun tubes feature a robust inner and outer sheath, minimizing damage in case of crashes and improving TCP repeatability. Thanks to the unique design of the gun tubes, both the inner and outer sheaths are cooled, preventing excessive spatter adhesion. Installing the torch is made easy with floating fittings and visible hash marks, ensuring a leak-free setup process.
