This torch is ideal for high duty cycle applications, as it can maintain a 100% duty cycle at 525A with 90/10 mixed gas. The cooling mechanism near the end of the torch effectively cools the expendables, resulting in extended expendable life, increased arc-on time, and reduced replacement parts expenses. The gun tubes of this torch are built with a sturdy inner and outer sheath that minimizes damage in case of crashes and improves TCP repeatability. In addition, the unique design of the gun tubes facilitates minimized spatter adhesion by keeping the outer sheath cool, preventing spatter from sticking to the tubes.
