The Magnum PRO Robotic Water-Cooled Torch is specially designed for ABB IRB 1660ID Arms with Air-Blast. Its innovative cooling system allows for higher amperage usage without compromising the lifespan of the torch and its expendables.
This torch is built to withstand high duty cycle applications, being able to operate at 100% duty cycle at 525A with 90/10 mixed gas. The conduction and convection cooling near the torch's end ensures that expendables stay cool, extending their lifespan and reducing replacement part costs.
The gun tubes of the Magnum PRO are constructed with a durable inner and outer sheath, minimizing damage in case of crashing and improving TCP repeatability. Its unique design also prevents excessive spatter adhesion by effectively cooling both the inner and outer sheath of the gun tubes.
Installation is made easy with floating fittings that prevent water leakage and visible hash marks that simplify the setup process.
