With superior process control, this product offers digital presets for voltage and wire feed speed. It also allows users to save repeated procedures in up to four user memories. Process limits can be set and passcode secured, and the product displays actual voltage and current during welding.
Safety is a priority with this product. The single wire drive model can be ordered with an electrically isolated stud for arc gouging operations, while the dual wire drive model can be ordered with a Power Path™ contactor that electrically isolates the non-active wire drive and gun. Additionally, the product has a user-selectable wire retract function that prevents operator injury by physically retracting the wire back into the nozzle.
The advanced MaxTrac® wire drive design ensures consistent wire feeding and protects the wire with its rugged cast aluminum feed plate. The tool-less drive rolls allow for quick and easy adjustments and maintenance. The patented tool-less split wire guides prevent birdnesting and ensure uninterrupted feed.
