The Tweco® Eliminator® 450 A MIG Gun is designed to handle wires ranging from 0.035 to 0.045 inches in size. Its articulating metal jacketed conductor tube ensures durability and long-lasting use. This air-cooled MIG gun features a strain relief front and rear spring with cable support, offering a 60% duty cycle when used with CO2 gas. The included 15' power cable allows for smooth wire feed and boasts a Miller® style rear connection. The gun incorporates a standard 60-degree conductor tube that can swivel 360 degrees around the handle, allowing for quick and easy removal and replacement without the need to remove the conduit. The MIG gun is equipped with a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection that enables users to easily connect or disconnect at the wire feeder.

Designed with operator comfort in mind, this MIG gun features an ergonomic handle which reduces operator fatigue, as well as an extended trigger length to minimize heat transfer to the welder's gloved hand. It is also field repairable, featuring a split-half handle case that provides easy access for repairs. The mechanical cable connections for Cablehoz® are also field repairable, and spare trigger leads are included in the Cablehoz®.

Designed for improved performance, this MIG gun features a patented contact tip that eliminates threads and utilizes a cam style interface for increased surface contact with the gas diffuser. The ball and socket conductor tube design allows for articulation, with a three-layer construction consisting of a copper tube, silicon resin fiberglass insulator, and a metal jacket.

This versatile MIG gun is suitable for a wide range of welding applications, including spray transfer and pulse welding modes with straight CO2 or mixed gases. It also offers front and rear spring strain relief and cable support for added convenience and durability. With its durable metal jacketed conductor tube and patented, extended life consumables, the Eliminator® has reached new heights in performance and reliability. The gun also boasts dual spring and rubber strain reliefs on both ends, along with a metal jacketed articulating conductor tube as a standard feature or a fixed locking conductor tube as an optional add-on. Additionally, it includes four trigger wires and ensures improved feedability.
