This product offers a consistent voltage (CV) output that ensures stable arcs for both Innershield® welding and MIG welding. Installation is simple and hassle-free. It is an additional output control device designed specifically for easy integration with the SAE-400/500 series of engine driven welders. By incorporating the Wire Feed Module, the welder's dynamic output characteristics are modified to provide precise voltage control for semiautomatic wire electrode welding and other open arc processes. Once the module is installed, users can effortlessly switch between constant voltage and standard constant current modes. Conveniently mounted controls on the control panel or an optional remote control can be used to adjust the settings in constant voltage mode.
