K52014-1010 - CS250 10 x 10 Cross Slide Assembly

This cross slide assembly is specifically designed for use with MS, Motorized, or ST, Seam Tracking Controls. Arc Products™ cross slide assemblies are used in welding applications to mount submerged arc or GMAW single or tandem welding arc equipment. These systems allow for precise manipulation of the welding arc in both horizontal and vertical directions. The cross slides are constructed with durability in mind, featuring rugged construction, a compact and lightweight design, and flexible mounting options. They are an excellent choice for fabrication shops looking to transition from manual welding to the advantages of hard automation. The CS250 model offers a weight capacity of 250 lbs. at 12 inches from the adapter plate, making it suitable for most single arc welding applications. Different stroke lengths of 3, 5, 6, or 10 inches can be selected depending on the model, enabling both vertical and horizontal movement. The CS250 cross slide also offers fast travel speeds, with a slew rate of 32 ipm.
