The Tweco® Eliminator® 25' MIG Gun is perfect for wire sizes ranging from 0.04 to 0.045 inches. This air-cooled gun features 4 trigger wires and is designed for applications requiring a current rating of 250 A. It offers exceptional versatility for various tasks. Equipped with dual spring and rubber strain reliefs on both ends and a Miller® style rear connection, this MIG gun prioritizes operator comfort. Its ergonomic handle reduces operator fatigue, while the extended trigger length minimizes radiated heat to the welder's gloved hand. In terms of repairability, the split-half handle case allows for easy access, and the mechanical cable connections for Cablehoz® can be repaired in the field. Additional trigger leads are included in Cablehoz® for added convenience. The patented contact tip improves performance with its cam style interface, ensuring increased surface contact without the need for threads. The ball and socket conductor tube design incorporates an articulating conductor tube construction, consisting of three layers (copper tube/silicon resin fiberglass insulator/metal jacket), enhancing its reliability. This MIG gun is suitable for a wide range of welding applications, including spray transfer and pulse welding modes using straight CO2 or mixed gases. Front and rear spring strain relief and cable support, along with a durable metal jacketed conductor tube, contribute to its longevity. The patented, extended life consumables further enhance its value. The Eliminator® has been elevated to new heights thanks to the following improvements: dual spring and rubber strain reliefs on both ends of the MIG gun, a standard metal jacketed articulating conductor tube (with an optional fixed locking conductor tube), and 4 trigger wires for improved feedability.
