The Tweco® Professional No. 2 Series 200 A MIG Gun is a heavy-duty tool designed for semi-automatic welding applications. It features an oval shaped handle and a silver plated trigger for comfort and ease of use. The MIG gun is air-cooled and suitable for medium fabrication. Its 15' Lead cable offers excellent wire feedability and has a Euro-Kwik style rear connection. With a 60% duty cycle using CO2 gas, this MIG gun is fully tested and reliable. The 60-degree metal jacket conductor tube can swivel a full 360 degrees for quick replacement, and it features a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection for easy connection and disconnection at the wire feeder. Balancing pivot at the center of the handle reduces operator fatigue, and the gun hanger at the bottom allows for convenient resting. The steel spring strain relief supports the Cablehoz® to reduce wire feed issues. The gun is easy to repair, has enhanced direct plug capabilities, and has been an industry standard for over 40 years. Its patent-pending design allows for easy maneuverability in various welding positions. The 3-layered conductor tube construction ensures durability and enhanced performance. Additionally, there is a wide selection of front end consumables available to suit different application needs. The handle's oval shape reduces required grip strength, making it more comfortable to manipulate the MIG gun position. This MIG gun is designed for industrial application environments, with a heavy-duty build and a special plastic composition for a high impact crush-resistant handle. The mechanical connection of the conductor tube and Cablehoz® within the handle ensures excellent current flow to the end of the contact tip. The Cablehoz® and conductor tube are secured in place with two ball-point screws. The trigger contains silver plated contacts with a self-cleaning action, ensuring reliable performance with every engagement and disengagement. The metal jacket conductor tube is an industry standard feature, and the MIG gun has enhanced direct plug capabilities.
