This light blue powder flux is specially formulated for sheet and extruded aluminum. It effectively eliminates oxides at temperatures slightly below the melting point of aluminum. It meets the performance standards of AWS A5.31, Type FB1-A and AMS 3412D, remaining active within the temperature range of 1050°F to 1250°F.
