OVERVIEW

The Victor® VTS 250 Series Two Stage Medium Duty LP Gas Regulator is designed for applications that require a consistent delivery pressure across a range of changing inlet pressures. With a delivery range of 2 - 40 psig, this regulator offers reliable performance. Its die-forged brass body and spring housing cap ensure strength and durability. Equipped with 2" steel gauges, the regulator has a 400 inlet gauge range and a 60 outlet gauge range. The precise two-stage regulation allows for high operating characteristics, making it suitable for applications where changes in delivery pressure could affect the performance of work or test results. The regulator has a 510 CGA inlet connection and a 9/16"-18 LH(M) outlet connection. Its 1.3", 1 3/4" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm provides long-lasting and accurate service. This two-stage regulator is specifically designed for medium to high capacity general-purpose applications that require precise and uniform outlet pressures. It also features a 0.082 Cv flow coefficient with an electroless nickel-plated bronze sintered inlet filter. The regulator is built with a long-lasting Delrin insert bushing and stainless ball in key for easy adjustment. The adjusting spring is pretested for quality assurance, and the precision-machined nozzle offers maximum flow control. Additionally, the regulator includes a stem-type seat mechanism for optimal sealing and an external self-reseating relief valve. Measuring 6 1/2" X 6.13" X 5.63", this regulator reliably delivers at least the stated upper range, and in some cases, it may even exceed it. It also features a brass adjusting screw with a forged T-handle, providing durability and ease of adjustment.
