OVERVIEW

The Victor® VTS 250 Series Two Stage Medium Duty Acetylene Regulator is perfect for applications that require a consistent delivery pressure even as the inlet pressures decrease. With a delivery range of 2 - 15 psig and a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig, this regulator is built for strength and durability with its die-forged brass body and spring housing cap. The 2" steel gauges provide accurate readings, with a 400 inlet gauge range and 30 outlet gauge range. The two-stage regulation ensures high operating characteristics, making it ideal for applications where changes in delivery pressure can affect performance. The regulator features a 510 CGA inlet connection and a 9/16"-18 LH(M) outlet connection, and its 1.3", 1 3/4" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm offers precise and long-lasting service. Designed for medium to high capacity general-purpose applications, this two-stage regulator provides accurate and uniform outlet pressures. Its 0.082 Cv flow coefficient and electroless nickel plated bronze sintered inlet filter ensure optimum flow control. The regulator is equipped with a long-lasting Delrin insert bushing, a stainless ball in the key for easy adjustment, and a pretested adjusting spring for quality assurance. The stem-type seat mechanism inlet pressure helps with sealing, and the external self-reseating relief valve adds an extra level of safety. Measuring 6 1/2" X 6.13" X 5.63", this regulator delivers at least the stated upper range and may even surpass it. It also includes features such as a brass adjusting screw with a forged T-Handle, a precision-machined nozzle for maximum flow control, and a stainless steel diaphragm for accurate and long-lasting service.
