The Victor 0381-1937 Plus Series Torch Replacement Pack is a comprehensive heavy-duty solution designed for industrial fabrication, ship building, and structural maintenance. This kit combines two of Victor's most robust components: the WH 315FC+ Torch Handle and the CA 2460+ Cutting Attachment. Engineered as part of the VanGuard Plus Series, these tools represent the second generation of Victor's flagship apparatus, incorporating feedback from professional craftsmen to deliver superior flow, connectivity, and reparability.

The WH 315FC+ Torch Handle is a high-capacity device featuring a solid brass construction that ensures longevity in harsh environments. It is equipped with built-in flashback arrestors and reverse flow check valves, eliminating the need for external safety devices that can add weight and bulk to the torch assembly. The handle utilizes a tube-within-a-tube design and offers improved flow characteristics compared to legacy models, ensuring stable flame chemistry across all fuel gases. It connects via standard 9/16"-18 "B" hose fittings and accepts Victor "W" series welding nozzles as well as MFA/MFN heating nozzles.

The CA 2460+ Cutting Attachment complements the handle with a 90-degree die-forged brass head and stainless steel gas tubes. It boasts a cutting capacity of up to 8 inches (203 mm) when paired with the appropriate Series 1 cutting tips. The attachment features a spiral mixer that thoroughly blends oxygen and fuel gas for optimal combustion efficiency. Key engineering improvements in the Plus Series include a simplified mixer design that allows for easier access and repair with single-nut removal, as well as a smoother cutting valve lever for precise control during operation.
