The Tweco® Spray Master® Series 450 A MIG Gun is a reliable and efficient tool for welding applications. It is designed to accommodate wires ranging from 0.045 - 1/16" in size, providing versatility for different welding needs. This air-cooled MIG gun is perfect for both spray and pulse welding applications. It features a simplified direct rear plug, making installation quick and easy. The 15' power cable ensures good wire feedability and includes a Lincoln® style rear connection.

With long conductor tubes, this MIG gun offers an impressive 80% duty cycle with argon/CO2 gases. It is capable of delivering exceptional performance even under pressure. Additionally, it is easy to repair and requires minimal maintenance.

Enhanced performance in high heat applications is achieved with the inclusion of a diffuser. The heavy-duty thick-walled contact tip and diffuser increase tip life and reduce downtime caused by tip changes. The balanced design allows for ease of use in various welding positions and reduces operator fatigue. The extended trigger length keeps the hand away from the arc, decreasing radiated heat.

To minimize wire feed issues, a steel spring strain relief provides support to the Cablehoz® coming out of the handle. For added convenience, there is an optional mechanical locking trigger available. The gun features both front and rear spring strain relief and cable support. The compact and ergonomic handle design ensures maximum comfort during use.

The durable metal jacketed conductor tube provides longevity, while the patented extended life consumables ensure reliable performance. In the event of repair, the split-half handle case allows for easy access. The mechanical cable connections for Cablehoz® spare trigger leads in Cablehoz® are also field-repairable.

Thanks to its heavy wall conductor tube and front Cablehoz® connection, this MIG gun experiences lower heat in the handle and conductor tube. This improved electrical conductivity contributes to the overall performance and reliability, particularly in high heat applications.
