The Tweco® Weldskill® 400 A MIG Gun is a reliable and durable tool designed for light to medium duty fabrication. It can accommodate wires of up to 1/16" in size and features a metal jacketed conductor tube. With a 60% duty cycle using CO2 gas, this air-cooled MIG gun delivers consistent performance. The 15' power cable ensures smooth wire feedability and has a Miller® style rear connection. The gun is equipped with a standard 60-degree conductor tube that can swivel 360 degrees around the handle, making it easy to use in various positions. Additionally, the gun has a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection, allowing users to connect or disconnect at the wire feeder. Operator fatigue is reduced thanks to the ergonomic oval handle shape. This MIG gun is built to withstand heavy-duty industrial applications, featuring high impact resistant handle and components. Its three-layer conductor tube construction (copper tube/silicon-resin glass insulator/metal jacket) ensures durability. The gun's split-half handle case allows for easy field repair, providing access for Cablehoz® repair without the need for additional connectors. It also offers improved performance and longer life consumables, with a wide variety of front end consumables available. In high heat applications, the heavy-duty contact tips are ideal. The metal jacketed conductor tube has a 60-degree bend radius at 3". Finally, the gun is equipped with front and rear spring strain relief for added durability.
