The Tweco® WC26 Series Water Cooled Nozzles are designed for 600 Amp Tweco Standard Water Cooled MIG Guns. These nozzles are compatible with Tweco Standard or Eliminator consumables and can be used together with the Spatter Shield WC26-1 (Stock No. 1264-1009), which is sold separately. These nozzles are ideal for medium to heavy duty welding applications up to 600 amperes. The nozzle housing is constructed from a tellurium copper alloy bar to ensure consistent dimensional stability and effective heat dissipation. Each nozzle comes with a spatter shield made from G7 silicone material. The part number is clearly stamped on the outside surface for easy identification. To use, simply thread the nozzle onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes.
