Crafted from a durable copper alloy, this nozzle features a 3-piece design which includes a nozzle housing made from copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a silicone nozzle insulator. The nozzle insert allows for the machining of internal threads to match the conductor tube OD threads. This nozzle provides the necessary electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser, thanks to the silicone insulator.
