The Professional & Weldskill® 21 Series Air Cooled Slip-on Nozzles are designed for light to medium duty welding applications with amperage up to 180. These self-insulated nozzles are available in both thread-on and slip-on (REL) options.
The 3-piece design includes a Nozzle Housing made from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a Nozzle Insert machined from solid brass alloy with internal threads that match the gas diffuser, and a Nozzle Insulator made from G7 silicone material, providing necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser.
For easy identification, the part number is stamped on the outside surface of the nozzle. The tapered 3-piece design eliminates the need for an additional insulator, and the nozzle can be easily threaded onto the gas diffuser.
