The Tweco® WC26 Series Water Cooled Nozzles are designed for 600 Amp Tweco Standard Water Cooled MIG Guns. These nozzles are compatible with Tweco Standard or Eliminator consumables and are used in medium to heavy duty welding applications reaching up to 600 amperes.
Crafted from tellurium copper alloy bar, the nozzle housing ensures consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation.
Included with each nozzle is a spatter shield made from G7 silicone material.
For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outside surface.
To use, simply thread the nozzle onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes. Please note that the Spatter Shield WC26-1 (Stock No. 1264-1009) is sold separately.
