Crafted from 122 dhp copper alloy tubing, the nozzle housing offers durability and reliability. Compatible with the standard nozzle insulator, this nozzle slides over effortlessly. Choose the Recessed Tips for high-heat applications requiring longer electrical stick-out or instances where the nozzle may come into contact with the workpiece. On the other hand, the Flush Tips offer a shorter electrical stick-out, resulting in shorter and tighter arc lengths, bringing the tip closer to the workpiece. For welding open root pipe or tight weld joints, the Protruding Tips are ideal, although caution is advised to prevent damaging the front end parts.
