The Tweco® Adjustable Copper Nozzle is designed for standard gas diffusers and is compatible with up to 450 A Tweco® No. 4 MIG guns. This nozzle is highly versatile, making it perfect for medium to heavy duty welding applications. Made of 122 DHP copper alloy, it ensures durability and longevity. The 3.42" nozzle with a 0.97" outer diameter is easily identifiable with the part number rolled stamped on its surface. Each pack contains 2 nozzles. It can be used with the standard nozzle insulator (part No 34a, stock No 1340-1100). The adjustable recess to protruding contact tip relationship meets various welding needs. For high heat applications or situations where the nozzle may touch the work piece, recessed tips are recommended. Flush tips are suitable for shorter electrical stick-out and tighter arc lengths, while protruding tips are ideal for tight weld joints but can increase the risk of damaging front end parts if arcing occurs.
