The Professional & Weldskill® 21 Series Air Cooled Slip-on Nozzles are high-quality and ideal for welding applications of light to medium duty up to 180 amperes. These self-insulated nozzles are available in both thread-on and slip-on (REL) options. The 3-piece design of the nozzle includes a Nozzle Housing, crafted from 122 DHP copper alloy tubing, a Nozzle Insert, machined from a solid brass allow and threaded internally to perfectly match the gas diffuser, and a Nozzle Insulator, made from G7 silicone material to provide the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser. With the Part No. visibly rolled stamped on the outside surface, the identification process becomes effortless. Furthermore, the Tapered Nozzle 3-piece design eliminates the need for an additional insulator, simplifying the usage. Lastly, the nozzle conveniently threads onto the gas diffuser for secure attachment.
