The Tweco® Robotics Nozzle with nickel plate is specially designed for use with robotic/fixed automation MIG guns. It features a water-cooled nozzle with a tip flush and a 5/8" Dia bore. The G7 silicone shield provides excellent spatter protection. This nozzle is suitable for medium to heavy-duty welding applications up to 400 A and has a bottle-shaped geometry. It is made from tellurium copper alloy bar to effectively dissipate heat. The straight I.D bore allows for proper cleaning of the sidewalls, ensuring optimal gas flow. It is also compatible with nozzle cleaning stations commonly found in robotic weld cells. Each nozzle includes a spatter shield made from G7 silicone material. Additionally, the part number is conveniently rolled stamped on the outside surface for easy identification. The nozzle threads onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes.
