The Tweco® Robotics Nozzle Assembly with eliminator combines functionality and convenience. With its 3-piece design, this assembly is specifically designed to work seamlessly with robotic/fixed automation MIG guns. The 5/32" tip recess and 5/8" Dia bore offer optimal performance, while the G7 silicone insulator ensures reliable electrical insulation from the gas diffuser. This nozzle assembly is ideal for light to medium duty welding applications up to 600 A, especially when longer electrical stick-out is required. Made from solid brass, the insert allows for easy machining of internal threads to match the gas diffuser. The housing, formed from tellurium copper alloy bar, effectively dissipates heat. The bottle-shaped geometry eliminates the need for an additional insulator. Recessed, flush, and protruding tips cater to different welding needs, providing flexibility and versatility. The straight ID bore at the front end of the nozzle ensures proper cleaning of the side walls, enabling smooth gas flow. This assembly is also compatible with nozzle cleaning stations commonly found in robotic weld cells. With its easy identification through the part number rolled stamped on the outside surface, this 3-piece nozzle design offers convenience without the need for an additional insulator.
